It is the responsibility of a student, trainee or an agent of a student or an agent of. trainee or a potential student, potential trainee or a potential approved agent to read this terms and condition carefully or seek legal help before committing themselves to have a business with Bethel Careers.
And if a student, trainee or an agent or a potential student, potential trainee or a potential apprentice did not read this terms and condition carefully and understand it before committing to it, BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED T/A Bethel Career or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd will not be liable to any loss or inconveniences that may occurs during or after a transaction.
Whether or not a student, trainee, or agent completed a form, application form or registration form on this website, provided there is a business conversation with Bethel Careers or Bethel Careers authorised representative that led to Bethel Digitech Limited or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd T/A Bethel Careers.to receive a part or full payment from a client (Trainee, student or an agent), this agreement becomes binding between Bethel Digitech Limited or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd T/A Bethel Careers and as soon as money have been received by Bethel Digitech Limited or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd T/A Bethel Careers.and a client (Trainee, student or an agent),
NON APPROVED AFFILIATE AGENTS:
An agents can be referred to an individual recruitment agent representing a student, a trainee, an apprentice or representing a student on or seeking internship. This agent is not affiliated, not a representative and not an approved agent of Thie Company.
An agent can also be referred to a company entity representing a student a trainee, an apprentice or a student on or seeking an
internship. This agent is not affiliated, not a representative and not an approved agent of The Company.
APPROVED AFFILIATE AGENTS:
This agent must have been an approved or nominated affiliate agent and will be issued a certificate of approved agent after being nominated .A nominated or approved agent has only been approved for Bethel Careers Business, such as Work Placement agent, Apprenticeship agent, internship agent. The specific business or project which an agent has requested to be nominated for or have been approved for will be BOLDLY WRITTEN on their approval certificate. And an agent does not have the right to claim or represent Bethel Digitech Limted or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd for another projects. Only the one which they have been approved for.
An approved or nominated agent is not an agent or representative of Bethel Digitech Limited or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd as a company, but an approved agent of Bethel Careers Business for a specific Project.
Example: work placement training program agent, apprenticeships program agent Agent, Internship Program Agent.
An approved agent in this context will be exclusively for Bethel Careers Business owned by BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED or BETHEL DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD depending on client/business jurisdiction/depending on the country of residence of an individual/client/student/trainee. Such approved agent would have been specifically pronounced either an approved agent for student recruitment or for internship student or apprenticeship trainee recruitment.
It takes between 90 days to 180 days to process the onboarding of an nominated/approved affiliate agent from the day a first or total financial commitment is paid to Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers or Bethel Digital technologies Ltd T/A Bethel Careers. Part payment or full payment approval is at company discretion to allow for an agent onboarding process to proceed. Payment of financial/nomination commitment fee shall be made by bank account, electronic transfer or cash payment. Payment made to an authorised approved person of this company is still fully considered as it was/is legally paid to the company Bethel Digitech Limited or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd. To make cash payment to an individual who works with Bethel Digitech does not change the fact that you are dealing with a company as an entity. An individual authorised person who receive cash payment on behalf ot the company do not have any personal liability on this agreement or the business with a client/student/trainee etc.
PAYMENT TO BETHEL CAREERS/ BETHEL BETHEL DIGITECH AGENT/WORK FEE FOR STUDENT RECRUITMENT:
A non refundable fee of £500 must be paid to Bethel Digitech Limited Bank account or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd. depending on jurisdiction for each individual/student who seek to gain admission through the assistance of Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd. to a school in the UK, EU, Ireland, Canada, America, Australia or New Zealand.This fee is not transferable to another project within this company.
STUDENT DEPOSIT:
Every and any student/study admission deposit paid through Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd directly to a school will only be refundable according to a designated school refund policy. And incase if such deposit has not being used, such refund will be refunded by Bethel Careers by reasonable discretion.
A student admission deposit once paid to BETHEL DIGITECH/BETHEL BETHELCAREERS, either into our bank account or received in cash. IT IS not transferable to another project within this company, it must either be paid to a designated school as a admission deposit or refunded to a client(student, trainee, agent) if a refund is or becomes due at any time.
STUDENT ADMISSION DURATION:
Student course duration will depend on the session which a student have applied for. An admission will only be secured to meet up with a school session that is available as provided by a school. For example if you made your first payment in January and you choose to start a September school session, our service duration on such client will be that we will target to deliver our service to meet up September admission.
If a student or his/her non approved affiliate agent withdraw from an study admission process that is being arranged by Bethel Careers, only a school deposit will be refundable, such refund must be exclusively according to a school refund policy. Such refund will be requested by us from the school. And the school terms and refund policy will fully applicable.
FOR EXAMPLE:-
IF A SCHOOL REFUND POLICY STATES THAT A FULL REFUND OF A STUDENT MONEY/DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED TO A STUDENT IN SUCH A SCENARIO, THEN, SUCH DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED TO A STUDENTS AS PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL.
ALSO, IF A SCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITION SAYS ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE REFUNDED, SO SHALL IT ALSO BE, WHATEVER REFUND PROVIDED BY A SCHOOL ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY IS ALL WE WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE FOR A STUDENT IN SUCH A CASE OF WITHDRAWAL.
ADDITIONAL CONTRACT FOR INTERNSHIP OR APPRENTICESHIP TRAINEE AFTER BOARDING
A separate agreement will be provided for internship or apprenticeship trainee as soon as an internship or apprenticeship trainee has been approved to onboard for a training. An additional contract will be provided for such trainee before they official become a trainees of our organisation. As well as this terms & condition will still be fully binding to an
ADDITIONAL CONTRACT FOR AGENTS
A separate agreement or contract shall also be provided for an agent client as soon as an agent clients has being successfully onboarded as an approved agent for a Bethel Careers Business. An additional contract will be provided for such agent before they will official be allowed to commence recruitment for our organisation. As well as this terms & condition will still be fully binding to an
An agent who refuses to sign an addition agreement will have their approval state and approval certificate withdrawn and there will be no single refund of any commitment fee that was paid to Bethel Careers before agent approval.
NO ADDITIONAL CONTRACT FOR A STUDENT
As for a student client, there is no additional contract outside this terms & condition/agreement
STUDENT VISA FOR OFFSHORE STUDENT APPLICANTS DISCLAIMER:
Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers or Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd is not, do not involve and do not provide any visa advise. Every student or a student applicant or a future internship or apprenticeship trainee, independent Non-approved or approved agent who have applied for a training with us must seek visa application advise or visa application support independently. This is not something we can assist with. Who ever has made an application or negotiation with Bethel Careers for a student or a trainee on our website is and will be responsible to apply or get assistant for visa or immigration consultant, lawyer or solicitor if required etc to assist them with their student or trainee visa application if applicable at a country's embassy, consulate or visa office as applicable.
Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers will only be responsible to coordinate a process for a school offers letter as provided by a school and also help to seek any other document(s) required as provided by a school or training company for a student or trainee as provided by a school/university/organisation to obtain necessary requirements for a cos/lmia as applicable and to complete an application form on this website where applicable.
Depending on the country a student or trainee have chosen to study during their application, required documents will be provided by an organisation or school. In regards to studies or training, such documents can also be provides for a trainee/student
BETHEL CAREERS INTERNSHIP COMING SOON:
Our organisation is considering to seek a sponsor licence for internship in the UK. we will only be able to provide a COS to a trainee only when we are able to get a sponsorship licence for internship and or apprenticeship for trainees in the future,
Our organisation or an organisation who will potentially be the sponsor of a trainee will provide required company sponsorship documents to a trainee. These documents will be sent to the email of a student/trainee or an agent to an applicant or who applied on behalf of a student within time frame of such studies or training as provided by a third party school, university or an organisation.
SIGNING UP A RECRUITMENT AGENTS:
Individuals or companies who are interested to be approved affiliate recruitment agent for our ongoing onshore and offshore graduate and undergraduate students, recruitment must pay the sum of between a minimum of £1000 to a maximum of £3000 commitment fee.
Any Individuals or a company who are interested to be approved affiliate recruitment agent for our future internship program and or our future apprenticeship program must pay a sum of between a minimum of £6000 to a maximum of £12,000 commitment fee to start a recruitment agent registration process.
HOW APPLICATION BECOMES BINDING FOR AN AGENT:
A potential agent for internship and or apprenticeship recruitment is immediately binding by this agreement when they make a deposit or full payment of their agent commitment fee, Whether they have completed an application/registration form on our website or not. Provided there has been a business conversation to that effect and seeking to become an approved agent by nomination.
HOW WE RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM CLEINTS TO OUR COMPANY(S)
A CLEINT CAN PAY INTO ANY OF OUR COMPANY BANK ACCOUNT EITHER IN THE UK, IRELAND, CANADA, AMERICA OR NIGERIA. CASH PAYMENTS CAN ALSO BE MADE TO ANY OF OUR AUTHORIZED PERSON; THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU NOW HAVE ANY PERSON DEALINGS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. CASH PAYMENTS MADE TO OUR COMPANY'S AUTHORISED PERSON STILL MEANS YOU HAVE PAID BETHEL DIGITECH LIMITED OR BETHEL DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. A CLEINT MUST BE CAREFUL TO NOT MAKE A CASH PAYMENT TO AN UNAUTHORISED PERSON.
PAYMENT AND JURISDICTION
IF YOU LIVE IN AFRICA, ASIA, MIDDLE EAST OR SOUTH AMERICA,
-COMMUNICATING WITH ANY OR OUR STAFFS, CONTRACTORS OR DIRECTORS OUTSIDE YOUR JURISDICTION ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS WITH US DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR JURISDICTION OF BUSINESS AS STATED ON THIS AGREEMENT.
-MAKING PAYMENT TO OUR UK, IRISH, CANADIAN OR AMERICAN BANK ACOUNT OR PAYING CASH OR TRANSFERRING PAYMENT OR GIVING CASH PAYMENT TO AN INDIVIDUAL AUTHORISED PERSON OF BETHEL CAREERS IN THE UK, IRELAND, CANADA OR AMERICA DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR BUSINESS JURISDICTION HAS BECOME WHERE YOU MADE A PAYMENT(S). OR WHERE YOU COMMUNICATED/COMMUNICATE WTH A WORKER OF BETHEL CAREERS, THAT DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS OR LEGAL JURISDICTION OF YOUR BUSINESS WITH US.
COMMUNICATION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE OF OR PAYMENT DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS JURISDICTION OR LEGAL JURISDICTION OF YOUR BUSINESS WITH US. YOUR LEGAL AND BUSINESS JURISDICTION MUST REMAIN WHERE YOU LEGALLY LIVE AT THE DATE OF THE STARTING OF YOUR BUSINESS WITH US. AND OUR BRANCH/OFFICE OR OUR COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR JURISDICTION IS YOUR LEGAL CORRESPONDENCE FOR BUSINESS DELIVERY, FOR DISPUTE OR DISPUTE RESOLUTION, THIS WILL REMAIN WHERE YOU LEGALLY LIVE AND OUR BRANCH/OFFICE IN YOUR REGION, REMAINS WHO YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH, NOT OTHERWISE.
REFUND POLICY OF COMMITMENT FEE:
If an agent is successfully signed up and is issued a CERTIFICATE OF APPROVED AGENT by Bethel Careers either for ongoing onshore and offshore graduate and undergraduate students, recruitment or to potentially be an agent for our future business of internship trainees/students and or apprenticeship program, this commitment fee will no more be refundable as soon as they have been approved and issued a CERTIFICATE of APPROVED AGENT Whether a recruitment activities between an agent and Bethel Careers has commenced or not, provided they have been issued with a certificate and this certificate will be sent by email to an approved agent.
This fee is negotiable according to the size of an agents business. But, fee must be between £1000 to £3000 commitment fee to be an agent for our ongoing onshore and offshore graduate and undergraduate students, recruitment
And a minimum of £6000 to a maximum of £12,000 commitment fee to potentially be an agent of our future internship student and or apprenticeship trainee recruitment program.
REFUND PERIOD
If an agent is not successfully signed up as an approved agent for any reason of a delay from Bethel Careers beyond the given time of onboarding an agent as approved agent or if an agent or potential agent decides to withdraw before been signed up, a full Refund will be processed of any amount of money paid as a commitment fee to such agent/potential agent by Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers. Such refund duration will be at the discretion of Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers depending on the situation surrounding agreement termination. Standard refund period will be not less and not more than 90 days from the date which a termination of agreement happens. Standard refund will only be processed after 90days of agreement termination. This refund will then be processed within 5 working days only after the 90days period has elapse.
IN SOME CASES, REFUND COULD TAKE LONGER THAN 90DAYS. And an agent waiting for their refund will be informed by email either before or after only the first 90days elapse that there would be a delay in their refund and why the delay. In such a case, Bethel Digjtech Limited or Bethel Digital Technologies is not liable to any delay or damage as its mostly complex situation that requires protection of our company business or reputation that can result in a delay of refund beyond 90Days from the date of termination of agreement.
APPROVED AGENT SIGN AGREEMENT:
As soon as an agent is been approved they will be given an agreements signed before a CERTIFICATE of APPROVED AGENT will be issued to an an approved agent. This certificate will be send to an approved agent through their email which has been provided by an agent.
Payment to Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers:
Payment to Bethel Careers can be in cash through an authorised person working with Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers or into Bethel Digitech Limited bank account in any country where we have a physical presence and money will be channelled to appropriate branch where it is originally designated for.
An authorised person of Bethel Digitech Limited T/A Bethel Careers can negotiate this agreement with a student, trainee or an agent or a potential student, potential trainee or a potential approved agent verbally or on a phone call or on a remote/virtual meeting like on ZOOM, MICROSOFT TEAMS OR GOOGLE MEET. But all conversation must still be subject to this written agreement/terms and condition. A conversation during a verbal or online negotiation with an authorised person of this company cannot be superior to this terms and conditions.
COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS:
Our primary communication and conversation with client(s) is email and direct phone calls via our official phone numbers on our website. Our primary remote meeting tools is Microsoft Team, and note zoom or google meet.
Bethel Careers Team, staffs, agent is not under and will not be under any obligation to communicate with any client outside our primary tools. If that would happen, this decision will be made by Bethel Careers Team sole discretion and not an obligation.
A student or a potential student both graduate and undergraduates must bear in mind that they may be subject to any additional terms and condition they may encounter from a school which we have provided for them. As soon as they accept the offer from a school.
Correcting typos If a typo error is being spotted on this agreement or an incomplete statement/sentence, this does not mean the original meaning of that word/sentence has is different or has changed. At any time if a typo(s) or an incomplete sentence is identified, this typo/error will be corrected, and such word or sentence will still mean the same meaning which it originally was to mean.
WEBSITE DESIGN CHANGE:
In a case of our website design change, this does not mean this agreement has change. Our website design(s) or and interface of any and all pages on our website may change or may be changed at any time to enable us improve our service(s) etc.
CLEINT'S JURISDICTION:
If the residence status of a client (a students, a trainee or an agent) changes to another region after this agreement took effect between both parties, this does not mean that the business jurisdiction of between both parties has changed. Our office responsible for a client’s business legally will remain the same. THE LEGAL BUSINESS JURISDICTION CANNOT CHANGE; IT REMAINS THE SAME UNTILL THE END OF A BUSINESS TRANSACTION. Example:
A date which a first payment was made by a client is considered the date this agreement took effect.
Change of a residence status of a client after agreement date as described above does not change the jurisdiction of our office/branch responsible for a client's legal correspondence or business. The jurisdiction responsible for a client must remain the same until the end of a transaction or until a court final judgement is passed in case of any dispute. Jurisdiction must remain as interpreted above. This means the region of legal correspondence will not change, in a case of dispute, legal correspondence or dispute resolutio
This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to Irish laws between a student, a potential internship trainee, a potential apprentice trainee, or an agent representing a candidate and Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd, Dublin, Ireland for a candidate(s) or agent(s) who legally resides in Ireland or any EU country or other EEA Countries such ICELAND, SWITZERLAND as only and not elsewhere should there be any dispute between both parties.
This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to the laws of United Kingdom between a student, a potential internship trainee, a potential apprentice trainee, or an agent representing a candidate and Bethel Digitech Limited, London United Kingdom for a candidate(s) or agent(s) who legally reside in the United Kingdom only and not elsewhere should there be any dispute between both parties.
This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to the Nigerian laws between a student, a potential internship trainee, a potential apprentice trainee, or an agent representing a candidate and Bethel Digitech Limited, Lagos Nigeria for a candidate(s) or agent(s) who legally reside in any African country, Middle East countries or Asia any other country outside of UK, EU, EEA, Isreal, America, Australia or New Zealand only and not elsewhere, should there be any dispute between both parties.
This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to the laws of United Kingdom between a student, a potential internship trainee, a potential apprentice trainee, or an agent representing a candidate and Bethel Digitech Limited, London United Kingdom for a candidate(s) or agent(s) who legally reside in countries OTHER WESTERN REGION. Other western region includes USA, CANADA, ICELAND, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, only and not elsewhere should there be any dispute between both parties.
DISPUTE EXPENSES
In case of dispute, if a client have any unused money paid to our company, this money will be withheld, and a certain amount or all the money may be diverted and used to pay legal or other expenses that occurs during a pursuit or any legal case with a client.
And if there was a refund due to a client, only unused money may be refunded, and in a case of dispute where all client's fund is used for legal or any other expenses, there would be no more any refund due if all the money has been used and a client may be sent a breakdown of the used money by email. And if there is any unused money during a dispute expenses, such refund will only be processed and paid into a bank account that is provided by a client only after 90days of the end or resolution of dispute.
IF A CLEINT HAVE NO UNUSED MONEY WITH OUR COMPANY, A CLEINT MAY BE ASKED TO PAY LEGAL OR OTHER DISPUTE EXPENSES TO OUR COMPANY, AND OR A CLIENT MAY ALSO BE SUED FOR DAMAGES OR TO PAY FURTHER LEAGL EXPENSES.
NOTE: EVEN IF A CLENT PAID FOR A SERVCE THAT SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT IN THE UK, EU, EEA OR NORTH AMERICA. A CLEINT'S JURISDICTION REMAINS WHERE THEY LIVE/LIVED AT THE DATE OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF BUSINESS WITH US, FROM THE DATE THIS AGREEMENT TOOK EFFECT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE
